On August 28, 2024, the "Xinchangtai Group July 2024 Business Meeting" was held at Jiangsu Fuguan Metal Technology Co., Ltd. Group Chairman Shen Jun, General Manager Zhu Jinkai and deputy general manager-level and above cadres and relevant persons in charge of each branch attended the meeting.

Jiangsu Fuguan Metal Technology Co., Ltd. is the rotating organizer of this month's business meeting. General Manager Xu Chengjun and Deputy General Manager Xu Jixiang reported the company's business situation in detail and led everyone to visit the production workshop.

Mr. Shen and his party first went to the C3 comprehensive workshop to check the production site and put forward requirements for special equipment with high frequency of use such as workshop cranes and forklifts: "Special equipment must be maintained on a daily basis and self-inspection must be done well. Not only should the normal operation of the equipment be ensured, but also the safety of the equipment and the safety of use should be paid attention to. Accident prevention should be done in advance to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents."

Then we went to the nitriding/carburizing production area and asked the workshop supervisor about the product processing technology and quality standards. The workers were cleaning the products. The leader clearly pointed out that while ensuring product quality, we must also improve environmental awareness and properly handle the waste generated by the cleaning equipment so as not to cause harm to the environment.

Accompanied by General Manager Xu of Fuguan, the group leaders visited the laser processing production area, receiving area, shipping area, and quenching/tempering production area. The 6m8 large natural gas high-temperature trolley furnace, natural gas tempering furnace, and the matching 8m large water pool and quenching liquid pool have always been one of the advantages of Fuguan Company. It has very good quenching and cooling capabilities for large workpieces that can serve customers.

During the visit to the vacuum workshop, Fuguan Vice President Xu said that Fuguan, in line with the principle of "reducing costs and increasing efficiency, increasing revenue and reducing expenditure", will adjust the production work plan as appropriate to ensure the quality and delivery of customer products and save energy. Considering the long-term development of the group, the purpose of "perfecting quality and comprehensive service" and the principle of "increasing revenue and reducing expenditure" will be implemented in place. Vice President Xu introduced the processing requirements and characteristics of various products produced online and the changes in the market to the group leaders. In-depth exchanges and exchanges of opinions and suggestions were conducted with colleagues attending the meeting on the compliance of heat treatment process improvement and acceptance process.
