Xinchangtai Group Research and Guidance Report

On August 28, 2024, the "Xinchangtai Group July 2024 Business Meeting" was held at Jiangsu Fuguan Metal Technology Co., Ltd. Group Chairman Shen Jun, General Manager Zhu Jinkai and deputy general manager-level and above cadres and relevant persons in charge of each branch attended the meeting.

The Group Audit Team started its 2021 audit work

The Group has selected 12 middle and senior managers from the headquarters' Finance Department and various companies to form two teams, the administrative audit and the financial audit. Mao Qiangbiao, a senior engineer from Pengtai, is the head of the administrative audit team, and He Jiayou, deputy general manager of the headquarters' Finance Department, is the head of the financial audit team. Led by General Manager Zhu Jinkai, the team will conduct an audit and evaluation of the management performance of the nine entity companies within the Group, identify problems in a timely manner, and report management highlights. The audit activity is divided into two phases and lasts for two weeks.

Nantong plant successfully put into production

Nantong Xinchangtai Mould Technology Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive heat treatment processing plant established in Motou Town, Rugao City, in order to build the Jiangbei hot processing market and improve the industrial basic processing supporting services of Nantong, the leading trillion-level city in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. It focuses on vacuum heat treatment processing, and the tempering, normalizing, tempering, quenching and surface nitriding, and laser surface treatment of metal materials. At present, it is equipped with 7 high-pressure vacuum furnaces, 4 sets of vacuum nitriding furnaces, multiple quenching and tempering production lines, and one laser surface quenching and cladding processing production line. The power supply is sufficient, and the daily processing capacity of products reaches 60 tons.

Leaders of Shanghai Thermal Association visited Changzhou Fuguan Company for research and guidance

At about 2 pm on April 19, 2021, Secretary-General Li Jinxing of the Shanghai Heat Treatment Association and his entourage of 5 people arrived at Changzhou Fuguan Company. They were received by Mr. Shen Jun, Chairman of the Group, and Mr. Zhu Jinkai, General Manager of the Group. A 2-hour discussion was held in the reception room. Chairman Shen Jun reported on the development plan of Xinchangtai Group and the construction status of Changzhou Fuguan Company. Secretary-General Li affirmed the successful development model of Xinchangtai Group and its contribution to the heat treatment industry. Secretary-General Li made in-depth exchanges and instructions on the policies and industry status of the heat treatment industry under the new situation. After the meeting, we visited the vacuum workshop, nitriding and carburizing workshops of Fuguan Factory and exchanged opinions on energy saving and plant design layout. On the way back to Shanghai, we also visited Kunshan Xinchangtai Laser Branch.

On January 24, a symposium on scientific and technological innovation and introduction of advanced technologies was held at Xinchangtai headquarters.

At about 10:00 a.m. on January 24, 2018, Tang Junyu, deputy director of the Science and Technology Innovation Service Center of "Kunshan Industrial Technology Research Institute", Yan Sihua, a member of the Technology Transfer Center, led Liang Chengfa, deputy secretary-general of "Guangdong Science and Technology Enterprise Cooperation Promotion Association, Guangdong CIS International Science and Technology Cooperation Alliance, Shaoguan New Silk Road Science and Technology and Industry Innovation Center", and visited the Kunshan factory of the group headquarters for a discussion.
